Payment
A $300 per person deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. Cabin assignments are available with deposits. Make check payable to Packer Fan Tours. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.
Port Taxes
There is an additional port tax fee of $249 per person.
Final Payment
Final payment is due by December 12, 2008.

Cancellations (Days Prior to Sailing)
75-30 days -- $300 per person nonrefundable
29-8 days -- 50% of total per person nonrefundable
Less than 8 days -- No refund
Packer Fan Tours will assess an additional $50 per person administration fee for all cancellations. This fee is not covered by insurance.
Insurance
Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance is optional but highly recommended by Packer Fan Tours. To inquire about insurance, please call Nanci at

Proof of Identification
A passport is required.
Limit of Liability
In booking and providing your tour package, Packer Fan Tours LLC and Event USA Travel Services are acting only as agents for the airlines, transportation companies, tour operators, cruise lines, hotels, and other providers of components of the tour package. Packer Fan Tours LLC and Event USA Travel Services assume no liability and shall not be responsible for any acts or omissions, negligent or otherwise, in the providing or performance of the components and aspects of the tour provided by these other parties and, in ordering tour packages, the customer acknowledges this and expressly waives any claims against Packer Fan Tours or Event USA Corporation arising from such matters.
