Everything was top notch & meeting James Jones & Greg Jennings sure added to our great weekend. Nice to have a town where everyone is about football and supports its team like you do in Green Bay. Zachary has become very much a part of all of our lives. His mom and dad are so strong as they have another son who is younger and he is really struggling with this. Zachary is at Children’s in Milwaukee and mom and Timothy stay there during the week and dad comes here to work. When school starts, mom will come home and dad will stay there knowing he will probably lose his job. Mom has the benefits as she is a teacher and they have been strongly advised to not let their insurance lack or switch in any way. I just wanted to send a big “THANK YOU!” great service in handling my recent order. In July, I spoke to Paul on the phone, and was able to order tickets for my entire family to the Packers/Bears game on Christmas at Lambeau Field. He helped me by getting a “package deal” to get those seats either in 1 or 2 rows (piggy-backed). The next day, I realized that I only needed 12 tickets. I contacted Paul and he was able to change my order to the correct number of tickets needed. He was under no obligation to change them, but he did so anyway, in order to please a customer (which he greatly did!). I just wanted to let you know of your great customer service.
